Mid-Year Check In: Your Reset List

We’re somehow already halfway through the year (I know… how?!). This is your little nudge to pause, look back, and realign before the rest of the year sweeps you away. No pressure, no guilt—just an honest moment with yourself to recommit to those goals you swore you would accomplish this year.

This check-in isn’t about judging yourself- it’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are. We often overestimate what we can do in a week but underestimate what we can do in 4 months. That’s how much time you have to get serious about what goals mean the most to you and how you want to close out 2025. On December 31st will you wish you had done things differently this year or will you be proud of the sacrifices you made to reach those goals you thought were impossible?

So grab your journal, a cup of coffee, and let’s do a mid-year check-in together:

 1️⃣ Revisit Your Goals:
What did you set out to achieve this year?

Which goals still excite you, and which no longer serve you?

2️⃣ Celebrate Your Wins:
List 3 things you’re proud of so far this year. Big or small—they count equally and are proof that you decide the outcome of your life.

3️⃣ Check Your Energy:
Are you feeling energized, drained, or somewhere in between?

Ask yourself what’s one thing you can add or remove to feel better?

4️⃣  Audit Your Habits:
Which habits are helping you grow? Did you start journaling consistently? Working out? Meditating? Take note how these habits are the ones contributing to your growth and success and continue to prioritize them.

What habits did you want to release this year that have been holding back your growth? Have you let them go or are you still stuck in the past holding on to toxic patterns that are stunting your growth?

5️⃣ Refocus Your Priorities:
What matters most for the rest of the year? Create a plan and break it down by days, weeks, months until the end of the year.

Where will you put your time and energy next? Goals are meant to be accomplished but life is also meant to be lived, figure out a good balance to crush your goals and love your life while doing it!

6️⃣ Plan One Bold Move:
What’s one action you can take in the next 30 days that future-you will thank you for?

You’ve already done so much this year—don’t forget to give yourself credit for that. Decide what’s worth your energy and give it your all. You’ll never feel ready because ready isn’t a feeling, it’s a decision that you make when you decide your goals matter more than your comfort zone. Let’s finish the year feeling accomplished amigas!
