3 Simple Ways To Stop The Spiral Before It Starts
No More Self- Sabotage

Let’s get real for a second—how many times have you caught yourself spiraling? You start with one negative thought, then another piles on, and before you know it, you’ve talked yourself out of every good thing in your life. I’ve been there, And I’ve learned something the hard way: spiraling doesn’t solve problems—action does.
So today, I want to give you 3 ways to get out of your own head before you turn into your own worst enemy:
1. Move your body🤸🏻♀️
Energy moves when you move. Go for a walk, you will be surprised what a walk outside will do to your mental health. Exercise, dance in your kitchen, just move your body and break the stillness. Motion moves emotions.
2. Change your input🎧
Your brain is always listening, so give it something better to work with. Turn off the gossip, stop the doom-scroll, and feed your mind a positive podcast, your favorite playlist, or a book that inspires you.
3. Take a small step toward action✍🏼
Instead of telling yourself everything that is wrong, ask yourself what is one small thing you can do today to take action in your life. Are you overwhelmed by all of your work projects? Make a list and prioritize the ones you need to get done first, then break up those priority projects into mini action items. Having a plan will always be better than not knowing where to start. You just need to take the time out and do it.
Remember, you’re not stuck—you only have one life and you decide how you’re going to live it. And that’s a choice you can change today.
Your future self is begging you to love the life you’re living right now amiga.

Big investors are buying this “unlisted” stock
When the founder who sold his last company to Zillow for $120M starts a new venture, people notice. That’s why the same VCs who backed Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso.
Disrupting the real estate industry once again, Pacaso’s streamlined platform offers co-ownership of premier properties, revamping the $1.3T vacation home market.
And it works. By handing keys to 2,000+ happy homeowners, Pacaso has already made $110M+ in gross profits in their operating history.
Now, after 41% YoY gross profit growth last year alone, they recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
Paid advertisement for Pacaso’s Regulation A offering. Read the offering circular at invest.pacaso.com. Reserving a ticker symbol is not a guarantee that the company will go public. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals.
